FINANCE INFORMATION
Payment Methods
The Talent and Skills Training Center accepts payment through VISA, MasterCard, personal or company check, and third-party payment for tuition, books, materials, and other fees from qualifying agencies.
At the Training Center’s discretion, installment payments may also be arranged. If installment payments are approved, the entire balance is to be satisfied in no more than four payments by the completion of the instructional period of the program selected by the trainee. Each payment will be a prorated portion of the total tuition and fees due and based on the agreed number of payments.
Tuition and Fees
Tuition and fees are billed directly to the trainee upon enrollment and must be paid in full before the training course end date. An outstanding account balance may result in the trainee not being admitted to training class or graduation. Failure to satisfy delinquent outstanding account balances may result in the account being submitted to a collection agency for processing.

The trainee will receive a full refund of tuition, and fees paid through the end of this cancellation period, except that the Training Center may retain not more than $350 in any administrative fees charged, as well as items of extra expense that are necessary for the portion of the program attended and stated separately on the enrollment agreement. Refund Policy
Refund computations are based on scheduled training course participation time and training course attendance through the last date present. Leaves of absence and holidays are not counted as part of the scheduled training attendance. The payment of refunds will be totally completed such that the refund instrument has been negotiated or credited into the proper account(s), within 45 calendar days after the effective date of withdrawal or termination.
The effective date of withdrawal or termination for refund purposes is the earliest of the following:
-
The last day of attendance, if the trainee is terminated by the Training Center;
-
The date of written notice of withdrawal from the trainee; or
-
Fifteen (15) days following the last date of attendance, if the trainee is absent and has not contacted the school.
If a trainee enters a course and withdraws, or is otherwise terminated after the cancellation period, the trainee will receive a pro rata refund of any tuition, fees, or other charges paid by the trainee for the program and a cancellation of any unpaid tuition, fees, or other charges owed by the trainee for the portion of the program the trainee does not complete following withdrawal, except that a trainee may not collect a refund if the trainee has completed more than 60 percent of the training session(s) in the portion of the program for which the trainee has been charged on the effective date of withdrawal or termination.
A trainee who withdraws for a reason unrelated to the trainee’s satisfactory progress or status after the 75 percent completion mark of the training session(s) and requests a grade at the time of withdrawal shall be given a grade of “incomplete” and permitted to re-enroll in the session(s) or training program during the 12-month period following the date the trainee withdrew without payment of additional tuition for the previously completed session(s) or portion(s) of the training.
Refunds for items of extra expense to the trainee, such as books, materials, or other supplies are to be handled separately from refund of tuition and other training fees. The trainee will not be required to purchase training supplies, books and materials until such a time as these items are required. Once these items are purchased, no refund will be made. For full refunds, the school can withhold costs for these types of items from the refund if they were necessary for the portion(s) of the training program attended. Any such items not required for the portion(s) of the program attended will be included in the refund.
A full refund of all tuition and fees is due and refundable in each of the following cases:
-
An enrollee is not accepted by the school (except that the school may retain not more than $350 in any administrative fees charged);
-
If the course of instruction is discontinued by the school and this prevents the trainee from completing the training session(s); or
-
If the trainee's enrollment was procured as a result of any misrepresentation in advertising, promotional materials of the school, or representations by the owner or representatives of the Training Center.

-
A grade of incomplete with the designation "withdrawn-military" for the training session(s) the trainee is enrolled in at the time of withdrawal from the training program, and the right to re-enroll in the training session(s) or a substantially equivalent training session(s), not later than the first anniversary of the date the trainee is discharged from active military duty, and without payment of additional tuition, fees, or other charges to resume training, other than any previously unpaid balance of the original tuition, fees, and other charges related to participating in the training program.
