The purpose behind L& E E Endeavors Talent and Natural Skills Construction Training Center is to help prepare individuals for employment and employment training by bringing out the talents and natural skills that each of us posess.
Who We Are
Our mission is helping individuals build character through learning the theory and practical application of construction.
We help you develop your natural skills and talents and learn the core skills that are needed for a successful life experience. We're nonprofit teachers and trainers who want to help strengthen communities through individual learning. Our founder, Larry Evans, understood that by working together we can overcome challenges more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch the Talent and Natural Skills Construction Training Center. We strive to make positive change through all of our endeavors.
What We Do
SKILLSET TRAINING
8-WEEK PROGRAM
BRING OUT THE NATURAL TALENTS AND SKILLS YOU POSSESS
Gain the technical skills needed to become a professional builder. Upon completion of an eight week course, participants will be able to read a tape measure, work with construction math, and properly handle tools used in the building trades apprenticeship programs.
This 8-week program is scheduled for, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
Requirements: Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent, and be able to pass a drug test.
